"The Bradley Classes gave my husband and I the information and the confidence we needed in order to take charge of our labor and delivery. Because of the Bradley Classes, I was able to deliver Max breech and without drugs. I feel so proud of myself and I couldn't have done it without the classes and my husband.
Thank you Mary!!!"

"I related Bradley classes to my ballet career. In ballet, you take technique classes everyday for years and years and years so that when you get out on the stage to perform, you don't have to think about technique because you know it will be there for you. The same is true for what I learned in Bradley. Twelve weeks of learning about the process allowed me to be in the moment of giving birth to Emma, knowing that the tools were in my body, all I had to do was allow it to happen. We had a wonderful natural birthing experience and a happy, healthy, bright-eyed little girl! I tell anyone who will listen (especially to pregnant women!) the greatness of the Bradley method. Thank you Dr. Bradley and thank you Mary for educating us about the power and the benefits of natural childbirth!" Sarah, Bill and Emma Otto |

"When I talk to women about my childbirth experience I always tell them about Bradley. 99% of the time they say "what's that?" I tell them natural childbirth and they immediately cringe like I have caused them discomfort. Most people associate natural childbirth with pain. I wish all women knew about Bradley. I don't associate my two Bradley birth experiences with pain at all. The largest part of my experiences I associate with joy. From now on I am not going to describe Bradley as a natural childbirth method but a child birthing class for thinking women, women that want to be informed, and pro-active in decision making about their health and their unborn child's health. Education is empowering! My favorite class is Mary's very first session giving some history about childbirth. It is very comforting being reminded that woman have been birthing since the beginning of time. I highly recommend Mary's classes. She is a kind and an informative teacher." "After finding out I was pregnant, I became very nervous and anxious about my pregnancy, labor and delivery. I knew the best way to conquer my fears was by educating myself and my husband about the journey we were going to go through over the coming months. Mary and The Bradley Method gave us the information, tools, and options to help us make educated decisions. The Doula services provided by Mary gave us such a comforting piece of mind, particularly for my husband. Mary was so calm and reassuring to him through many middle-of-the night phone calls. Because of the time we spent together, she was very aware of our birth plan and able to provide so much positive and emotional support throughout our labor and delivery. Labor and delivery was truly an amazing and beautiful experience. Fortunately, I understood what was happening and was able to really appreciate my body. I am very thankful to Mary and the Bradley Method for helping us to have a wonderful, healthy pregnancy, a natural child birth, and a beautiful baby girl!"

"The Bradley Method was very informative....Mary is a very kind, informative, and enthusiastic teacher which made it easy to understand and learn information about natural childbirth. I went into my birth very well informed and comfortable due to this class and that made childbirth not so scary. I would most definitely recommend this class to anyone who is having a baby. Mary's family is also very supportive of her and the Bradley Method which made the class mean more" Laura DeAmelia, mother of Isabella and Neyana

"My husband and I highly recommend the services that Mary provides. Her classes were extremely informative as well as caring....Mary's doula services during labor were very helpful because she herself is a mother of four and she understands the emotional needs of laboring women. She was always there for a backrub, an encouraging word or anything else I needed. Her wisdom with how to handle unwanted interventions at the hospital was a tremendous comfort as well. Mary's presence was a huge blessing and I would recommend her to anyone!" Chellie Buksbazen, mother of Rachel, Talia, and Jaden

"Even though we were not able to have an unmedicated birth, which we desired, the classes allowed us to be knowledgeable about the interventions we needed. We were also able to postpone interventions and try other natural methods first. I honestly think without the Bradley classes I would have ended up with a C-section. We loved the classes! We have already recommended Bradley to several people." Julie Brown, mother of Madison and Ethan

"The class was amazing. It gave me so much peace in labor that I knew (for the most part) what was going on in my body at that moment and what was going to happen next. Also, knowing that my husband was also well informed also gave me so much peace because I knew that he knew how to best help me get through the labor. I didn't know much of anything before the class. Thanks Mary." Ptarmigan Etman, mother of Zebadee

"The classes made us accountable as a team to prepare and practice. The birth of our child needed to be a calm and healthy transition from womb to the world...and it was! Thank you Mary." Dawn Perry, mother of Cooper

"The classes were very informative. They allowed us to feel in control and comfortable with each stage of labor. If we had needed to make a decision that deviated from our birth plan, we would have been able to make a knowledgeable decision." Sarah Melvin, mother of Jake
